Different airlines have varying size and weight rules for hand luggage. Some might charge extra fees if your cabin luggage is too large or too heavy, or you might be asked to check your bag into the plane’s hold. If all of this sounds confusing, don’t worry! Samsonite is on hand to help you make the right choice for your plane trip so your journey is as hassle free as possible.
Keep in mind which airlines you mostly fly with and check their hand luggage size rules below (length x width x depth). Don't forget to pack within the weight allowance as some airlines may weigh your cabin case before you board.
Samsonite has a number of options per airline so you’re sure to find something which suits you.
Please note: We endeavour to publish up to date cabin luggage information; nevertheless it is strongly advised that you check with your airline before travel as cabin luggage dimensions are subject to change.
The sizes shown per airline indicate the exterior dimensions in centimetres, including handles, wheels, bottom glides, side pockets and other external parts. Measurements of volume, dimensions and weight are carried out in the Samsonite laboratories using procedures whereby tolerances up to 1.5 cm in dimensions and 5% in weight and volume cannot be excluded.
